Career Center is a WONDERFUL place to send children. I was bettered by my experience there by a thousand fold, their genuine delight at teaching a rare and precious experience for me.nThe staff at career center is both helpful and genuine. By genuine I mean that, unlike most schools, career center takes the time and gives attention to each student. They worry less about state goals or keeping a championship title and instead strive to give every single student their an opportunity to learn a skill thoroughly and to participate in competitions, both state and country wide, with that skill.nOn top of that, Career Center is highly goal oriented, and their goal is to make you work-efficient for the upcoming year. Within one school year you will have, in most class (some require two years), have gained a certification of efficiency in your skill. Along with that comes job shadowing and internship opportunities, several personal projects, a resume both on print and online an a portfolio of professional quality.nCareer Center's preparations with me for the upcoming college year were FAR more helpful than my home-schools'. I was given a definite edge in the competition, applicants with real world experience and skills in their areas few and far between.nMy experience there was amazing and I was completely satisfied with the staff, curriculum, and time spent there. I only wish that I had known about it sooner so I could've spent more years there doing what I love.
