Mason and the entire staff are wonderful at Fultz. They are very knowledgable and offer many different treatment techniques to help their patients have success.

I had previously undergone outpatient physical therapy at a large local facility 1.5 years ago for Achilles tendonitis. 15 months later I decided to give my Achilles tendonosis, right calf trigger points and right shoulder tendonosis, tennis elbow a chance at some pain relief and resolution. I located Fultz PT and joint rehab on Ellerbe Road in Shreveport. My orthopedist agreed with this plan and I went to see Chris Fultz, D.P.T. Dr. Fultz did some amazing PT on my multiple ortho issues ! I also was very dedicated over the months of twice weekly visits. The PTs there are so compassionate, excellent and friendly. What a pleasant experience for me. I am finally feeling like myself after this intensive therapy. I would never go anywhere else for PT ! Thank you !

Went to Fultz P.T. because of a MCL injury. I received excellent P.T. and felt my knee improving after each week I was there, but that is not what impressed the most. What impressed me the most was the entire staff genuinely cares about people and will make you feel like you are part of a family no matter who you are. It started with the receptionist. When I first called, the warm and friendly voice on the other end was so inviting that it made me look forward to going for a visit. It was my first time experiencing P.T and she put me at ease right from the start. You can't go wrong choosing Chris Fultz P.T. Excellent P.T. in a family type environment!!

I get emotional thinking about how far I’ve come in such a short time of being seen at Fultz. I’ve struggled for over four years with various health issues and I now feel like a completely different person. I’m thankful for Mason & Nikki, they listened to my total story which truly helped them make the right decisions for my plan of care. They are kind, compassionate, friendly and truly passionate about their work. I have my life back and can finally be the person I had wanted to be for so long. I’ve regained energy, no longer struggle with daily headaches and my neck pain has vanished. I can’t thank them enough. Also, the atmosphere here is wonderful!
