System Parking Inc.

It's 2018. Upgrade your system to take debit/credit cards. Tried to pay 6 times. Didn't realize it didn't take cards. Got a ticket from them for $32 when I tried to pay even though no one else in the lot had paid probably for the same reason. NO ONE CARRIES CASH.

System Parking is the white building right on the side of the road. I had to press the button on the side of the door to buzz for service. The lady took awhile to opening to door to where I thought I had to buzz again. I told her I wanted to pay for a spot in front of the University Health hospital. She went on to speak with another woman about it in the other room. I'm assuming this was the manager. She had a dry attitude, but not too bad to deal with. I told her I was new to this. She took out a sheet and had me fill out a Monthly Parking Agreement, where you provide information about your car (color, year, make, license plate # etc...). It states System Parking is not responsible for any damages to your car whether theft, missing items, and etc., and said something about how if you don't pay the monthly fee by the 7th of each month, you are charged an outrageous fee. I believe they prefer cash and check. I never received a copy of the agreement sheet I filled out. So, I just took a photo of it with my phone.nnI received two cards, one card you flash in front of the parking panel, and one you place on your rear view mirror. She said it would be activated the next day. However, the next day was July 4th and I couldn't park. This really could have been ugly becuase where the parking lot is, there's a really busy street, and I had to back out, hoping other drivers wouldn't come flying by. I called the next day, which she apologized and stated it would be activated the NEXT day. Sure enough, it worked.nnYou will receive an email of your invoice and as a reminder for the next payment a few days earlier. After a few months, I decided I didn't want to spend $57 a month and simply returned the cards at their doorstep, and that was that.

The parking guy is horrible in the booth located across from LSU medical center now University Health. The first time we had an encounter I was giving him my money he wouldn't extend his arm to get my money. I had to reach out my vehicle to reach him but I'm also 7mos pregnant so I'm not really bending much. The next afternoon he saw me pull up he ignored me for at least 2 mins. So at this point I'm like dude what's your deal. He stated he was not in the mood for B****ES like me today. I don't know this man never had any problems before him but he stated he was going to have me towed away. Then your fat a** will have to park somewhere else when you come back. So I called the office to file a report to Diana and I think that made matters worst because this time he slammed the window in my baby sister face after he snatched the money out her hand. She knew nothing about the report I made and she was the paying customer at the time.

A very crowded parking lot that has spaces that are too small.
