Dr. Thomas Pressly had managed my care ok. I’m giving 3 stars for several reasons: He doesn’t listen! He’s so confident in himself, that I really think he only hears his own voice. On each visit he rushed through his “routine” exam so that he could hand write all this info about me (that he didn’t share with me). He asks questions, then would answer them for me before I could get a word out. He recommended the same 3 or 4 exercises to do, even though I repeatedly told him I exercise regularly with a trainer. He doesn’t take the time to teach you about your condition, lab results he’s needing to keep an eye on, potential side effects of meds, or consider that his patient might not want a repeat steroid shot before he attempts to draws it up to give it to you. He refuses the idea of supplements for overall health improvement. He was downright mean when it came to filling out paperwork for my job and my short term disability. He charged me royally for each one part he had to do for me. During this time I was in such intense pain & he would schedule weekly appointments that would be so painful to attend with no changes in care. This is when teleheath services are needed most. **His staff is absolutely wonderful & I’m grateful I survived there** The wait times can be greatly reduced if he would get rid of the antiquated hand charting & get into computer charting. It would also help if he would mentor & employ the services of a PA & NP. That would mean he has to give up some money, move to another location, & trust that other avenues of doing things might help.

Dr. Thomas Pressly helped save my life, he is very well informed on the best medications and treatments. He’s definitely concerned and has his patients best interest at heart.nI would recommend him to those who believe and are dedicated to their health and wellness. I’m very grateful for my doctor, I wouldn’t trade him for anything. Thank you Dr. Pressly.

Dr Pressly is a knowledgeable and compassionate rheumatologist. He has successfully helped manage my auto immune disease into remission. The staff is always helpful when I have needed to have an appointment during a flare up. They know me on a first name basis and truly care about their patients well being. I have a multitude of gratitude for Dr Pressly and his staff and how they have helped treat my illness.

Dr Pressly is kind, attentive, and he helped me after my first visit. He is also very intelligent and very much worth the wait.
