IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND CREDIT DON'T USE THIS OFFICE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TIMELY IN SENDING YOUR BILL ---- THEY WILL SIT ON IT ALMOST 6 MONTHS BEFORE SENDING IT TO YOU THEN SAY YOUR LATE PAYING SOMETHING NOT RECEIVED. TRUST ME I KEEP EVERY NOT BILL STATEMENT AND ACTUAL BILLS WITH MY PAYMENT METHOD FOR UP TO 5-7 YEARS BEFORE I DESTROY. The billing department in this office is not satisfactory nor timely in sending out your billing information. Which will cause you to appear delinquent in your payments. When inquiring about an bill you get that you just paid they tell you oh don't worry about it but they show you delinquent in paying.
