called to ask about a new patient appt after being referred from another office, asked if they covered my insurance and received couldn't understand the response and was hung up on. Realized after the call she said we don't cover that. Impolite and awful way to handle potential clients.

Don't get me wrong. The ladies are sweet. But Dr. Ibrahim is very unprofessional. I went in today to get refills on my meds. And ask for help. I get that life isn't perfect.. And we all have bad days.. but someone to be so rude especially in front of other patients is pitiful.. I will find another doctor to take and help me with my issues. You just don't call someone fat in front of others! That's not very nice.

The staff is very rude and did not have any knowledge about there own website. Refuse schedule an appointment, because i didn’t want to go into details about my current doctor and why I am looking for a new doctor.
