Dr. Ibrahim Is the worst. He treated my family poorly, neglected to review prescriptions and medical history and had zero bedside manner.

This has been my whole family's Primary Care Physician for most of my kid's lives. All staff, nurses, & the doctor are helpful, knowledgeable, & always professional.

I am only rating 1 star (otherwise it would be 0) because you have to choose atleast one. My grandmother has been seeing this doctor for years. On multiple occasions he has failed/forgot to refill a medication for her that he put her on. It is Xarelto (a non-narcotic). I spoke with him today to be told we needed to find her a different doctor. He could not answer why the prescription was missed multiple times, even though he has her chart in front of him at every visit. Also, I was told that he was there after hours filling out paperwork and did not have to take my call or listen to me. I will be filing a grievance but I wanted to let others know before they take their loved ones here.
