Filed a civil suit against Tech Medics for refusing to return my merchandise. The young lady that assisted me in filing my suit was very professional and very friendly she walked me through the process and made filing the claim very easy.

I live out of state and I have been trying to get ahold of someone in the court house so that I could make a payment on my ticket. some lady is answering the phone and then hanging up we have been calling since 12pm and we sit on hold for about 30 minutes and then get hung up on. I need my license and they have it suspended I'm trying to do the right thing but they make it impossible. not only that but there isnt free parking at the courthouse so when I went to court my meter ran out of time and I got a parking ticket because it took almost 5 hours to get through the judge and pay a ticket. shreve port is a crappy place and they do not care about there people at all. everyone I have ran into there has been nasty and ghetto and treats you like you dont matter. I will NEVER go to shreveport again!

These guys suck I give them a low score because they insisted that we make court according to a minority Curator. They know I'm a Disabled Veterans Advocate and they deliberately continued the case after two years trying get these guys in court. If two years is not enough time for a simple insurance claimant who ruined my life: this judge help me into bankruptcy because I pawed all my equipment to rent a car and come from Dallas Metro Area which is abusive to disabled persons. I put in a complaint to the local police and cite them for violating disabled persons rights after I had a depression attack after the judge went deralic of duties. Which is disrespectful and unbecoming of a court officer. The bottom line is; dont cancel appointment after plaintiff gets there, judges should know better to continue a case after over two years is way to abusive to disabled persons.
