I brought my care Tuesday morning it was knocking Monday Night. Tuesday morning it cranked but was Trying to cut off but did not. I had all my fluids, coolant and oil, there was no lights on, and also the engine was not running hot. Also, there was no white smoke coming out the back. I received an oil change Oct. 23, 2020 and had 3000 miles left before my next oil change. They “checked” my coolant and other things and it was in good condition. But once i turned my car in Tuesday morning they told me it would be 130$ (140$ with tax) to look and see what the problem was it was going to take 2-3 days. I agreed and left my car up there. Now, I called Thursday and they told me my coolant was leaking, the oil was leaking, and i had engine failure. The woman there also told me i haven't had an oil change for over 10,000 miles. I wondered how so if i came to you guys in Oct. She said she doesn't know the problem as to why all this is happening she will call me back later. She did an hour later and told me “I am going to need another engine plus labor will be over 9,000$ i might as well get another vehicle.” So i went up there and talked to the receptionist to get things out my car she insisted that it was in the shop which it was not and still insisted one of the employees to see what i needed. Which i did not have a problem with. But the employee let me go to the back and get the rest of my paperwork. The next day my mother came to Hebert and she said everything was leaking on the floor and white smoke was coming out. Now when my car cranks it will not stay cranked and it is constantly knocking under the hood and it was not doing that when i brought it in. They also said my coolant was completely empty and engine was running hot but it wasn’t when i brought it Tuesday morning. All my fluids were there and the engine was not hot. They also said they have to fix the coolant to see what was wrong with the engine , nothing about the oil, but how the woman told me I need a new engine , might as well get another vehicle, but how the next person say fix the coolant and see what wrong with the engine. Long story short i had to call, no one called me to tell me anything until i called. And there was no communication what so ever. So now my car is not driving at all and i drove it to Hebert myself.

We recently bought a new ram 2500 and had our Jeep serviced. Both experiences were fantastic. For sales, Rodney was easy to work with and had our complete satisfaction in mind. The team supporting Rodney exceeded our expectations.nnOur service need was routine oil change and I know they did their multi point inspection as they discovered a filter that was dirty and showed it to us. The service visit was complete and done within a reasonable amount of time

Only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because of the young girl at the front desk answering the phones. She was EXTREMELY rude & disrespectful to anyone who approached her. Very obvious she did not want to be there (& probably shouldn’t have been). But as far as the service department goes, they were the exact opposite!! Phenomenal work ethic & teamwork!! So friendly & knowledgeable. Such a pleasure dealing with them!

Kevin in the the service department and his technicians went above and beyond, to get one our fleet trucks back into service when we went down in a time sensitive period. We broke down on a Friday morning and by Monday afternoon my guys were back in the field. Best experience I've ever had with a Chrysler dealer! The dealership across town informed me they put no priority on Customers with a Commercial Fleet account and wouldn't be able to even run diagnostics on our truck for 4 weeks. Refreshing to be taken care of the way Hebert's did for us!

I have purchased 3 vehicles from them in 8 months. I have had nothing but great experiences from this dealership. Respectful and willing to do their best to give you the best deals for trade ins and buying. I have used Ken Bell every time and he is amazing. I would absolutely go back to him and highly recommend him. You will have no problem going to these people and hoping to have a great experience!
