I’m not sure why the ratings are so poor. We had excellent service when we came here. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Ordered meat pies and a filet mignon special for $15.95 and ordered it medium. It was cooked perfect. You barely had to chew it it was so tender. We even tipped the cook! I’d stay at Eldorado again knowing how good the cafe is. Thank you!

slow service especially not even being busy. food was misleading and horrible. asked the server what steak they had with the steak and shrimp dinner and she said 8oz New York strip. I've eaten many steak from all over the United States and I have NEVER seen a new York steak that looked like the one I recieved tonight. it was about a 3 oz flat iron steak, nowhere near a new York strip, baked potatoe tasted old, onion rings have enough grease on them to supply BP oil for a whole year. huge disappointment, had better food at a hot dog stand

Checked in party of x at 7:50 hostess said it would be a ten minute wait after twenty minutes asked how much longer it would take it was another twenty minutes of watching people walk up and get seated instantly they finally called our party, upon entering we observed a mostly empty restaurant with plenty of places we could have sat.nnOur waitress and hostess wore their mask properly but the lady that brought out our food had her mask pulled under her chin.nnFood was mediocre at best and something was wrong with their drink machine all water and soda delivered to our table tasted like swamp.

Terrible. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait because we were a large party (5people) 45 minutes later we were sat at a table. In between 6 other groups of 2 came in and were seated. I assumed at the time it was due to them having small tables. When we were brought in to the dining area I could see that we could have been sat in all but 2 of the tables in the dining area. Once we were sat our server was a little slow but not terrible. The food was on par with a microwave dinner. There was also something wrong with the water. It tasted terrible.

Had to bc wait 20 mins to even get a seat then when was seated took 15 mins to get drinks.after 1 hr and 45 mins after ordering food I left bc food still hadn't arrived.worst experience ever just horrible service
