Food was great. Service was very good. Update 4-9-21 Dropped the rating 2 stars Ran out of oysters, 1 person of our party asked 2 servers for a beer never got it and was charged for it. Service was very slow. Be awhile before I come back. By the way , the Shrimp buster was great.
Tried the Shrimp buster and made it a double because I saw the reviews. When we got it the shrimp breading was soft and like under cooked and some pieces were over cooked and hard. Along with that the French fries were cold. The good thing was the tartar sauce was awesome and shrimp cocktail sauce. Will probably never eat there again, which is a shame because it was a cozy place.
I would go back
Very eclectic atmosphere. Must try the onion rings and catfish/with the homemade tartar sauce. The cook came out and talked to us and gave us samples of different things since this was our first time here. Will certainly be one of our go to spots when in the area.
Yikes. Not great if you get the soft shelled crab. I took one bite and knew the crab was off. The soft drink machine must be using city or well water, so stick to beer. Probably a great place for a burger and beer though. I think I just ordered the wrong stuff.
