It takes hours to work out the phone situation! It's ridiculous! There's no one you can directly contact! My 16 worth of food stamps were discontinued! Who do I contact? Tried all the numbers!

Case worker by the name of Yoesha Parks is HORRIBLE!!! She is lying and and working with my daughters father. She is not to be trusted and is very untrustworthy. She says she has the best interest of the child but is doing the total opposite.. I had to contact her supervisor just to go over my case he found out that Ms. Parks along with my childs father was not reporting income just to lower his child support payments. All I want is for my case to be handled fairly. I have been lied to and mistreated every since she has been my case worker.

My daughter still haven't received her child support from July. I call everyday and the caseworker has 48 hrs to contact me however hasn't. It Sept 12 and her father sent payment on 4th of this month which hasn't received this payment either. Her father is paralyzed and we are struggling through this pandemic.

They never answer the phone I call from out of state and I have stayed on hold every time over 30 mins each time before I finally give up a hang up. HOW DO YOU GET IN TOUCH WITH THESE PEOPLE??? DOES ANYONE WORK THERE????? HELP!!!!!!!;

I call from out of state and can NEVER get anyone on the phone! 2nd day I have sat on hold for multiple times and multiple hours! Phone will click than hang up.
