The service was great and I would recommend the hot stones . I have been to a lot of spas in Dalton, Atlanta and Chattanooga area and I have never been pressured to leave a tip as I did at this spa. It was rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning .
I agreed to pay $65 for a 1 hour massage. I paid in advance. The woman that massaged me did a good enough job. She did cut my service short 10 minutes. Before I left, I told her I would leave a tip with my card. She was very insistent that I leave $20. She repeated the word 20 about 4 times. I didn’t leave $20. I won’t be going back. I don’t recommend that anyone visit this place.
Left a message detailing what I needed through their website link. (Deep tissue massage). Didn't receive a message back through email or phone letting me know whether or not they were able to provide that service. So if you deduct the last star, you will have a clear idea what I think of this so called business.
The best massage I had. The place is much better than before. They changed the therapist which I didn't like. Now the staff all so nice, and they are pretty good at what they do.
I have been in many business that asks you to tip after the service but not on business like Spring Massage that ask you for tips without having started the service. The worsth part was that when I gave her 10 dollars of tip she gets angry because she said it was not enough. She don't even put a finger on my back to start the massage. I can not recommend this place if this woman will attend it she must learn manners.
