Ordered my pizza at 8:00. The tracker said it would deliver within 39-49 minutes. I waited an hour to call and check on my order because it was in the very first tracking stage this entire time. I was immediately put on hold for a while. When he came back on he asked me what he could assist me with. I asked for the status of my order. He got my information and said “they’re making it” I asked if there was an estimate on when the order would be delivered and he said 2.5 to 3 hours. That would mean I would be getting my order at midnight. I cancelled.

PAPA JOHN'S CAN NOT GET A ORDER RIGHT TO SAVE A LIFE. AND NOT ONLY THIS STORE BUT HERE LATELY EVERY ONE OF THEIR STORES THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH SEEMS TO HAVE A PROBLEM READING ONLINE ORDERS. THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE SQUARE CUT. I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU SEE IN THIS PICTURE BUT IT DOESN'T LOOK SQUARE CUT TO ME

Slow service. Pizza is awesome. People are nice. Sometimes make some mistakes which is fine.

Will definitely not be ordering from here again. Ordered for my lunch ahead of time and ETA was about right until I called because my delivery was late. Find out they deliver to the furthest location first. Eta was 29 minutes and they took over 40.
