Wayne's has the absolute best meat market with cuts that blow everyone else out of the water. Wayne also is extremely knowledgeable and the sandwich shop is exceptional as well.nnThe place is exceptionally clean and odor free, unlike some Butcher stores, and trust me, if you want to impress, buy at Wayne's.
