I will not order from them again online. The warranty doesn't cover fixing your jewelry unless you order two extra different warranty. Zales sucks

Either go to the store in Chattanooga or Kennesaw!!!!nThe first time, my husband went after he got off of work and went to this Zales. He was met by a rude woman who told him they couldn't do anything, because Friday-Sunday was appointment only. (They could've done the cleaning and inspection in 10 mins.) So, Monday came and it was 6pm by the time we could get to the store, because the woman said walk-ins were welcome during the week. We saw where they were open until 7, so we figured there was time. (It was 6:20pm.) Only to get there and find they closed at 6:15. I've never had a problem with any Zales before, but this is getting to be an every time problem with this store. We will be going to a different store from now on, even if we have to drive an hour!
