I was highly upset with the customer service that I received here. First when me and my significant other got to the restaurant, we were given our menus and were seated. No one asked us if we wanted anything to drink. We waited about 10 minutes for the waiter to finally come over to take our order from the menu. Then we told him we wanted something to drink and he took our order for drinks and left immediately before we even told him what we wanted from the menu. We waited and waited...and waited and while we were waiting he was tending to the needs of the other individuals who were not black. We were the only black people in there at the time. I tried to get the other guy that was working to tell him we were ready to place our order and he pointed to the waiter that was so called assisting us. He came and finally took our order and we waited on our food. When we got our food my steak and chicken was burnt along with my vegetables. I was highly upset. They really didn't even have a crowd so I'm not understanding why my food was burnt. I did not want to pay at all but did it anyway. The server seemed as though he didn't really want to assist us and him and the other guy was laughing and relating to everyone else other than us. This was the worst experience ever. I'm never going back.

I probably would have rated them better had I ever had a seat. Very unprofessional. No one greated, me although there was someone person at the register, there was server 3 feet away from me said nothing. I guess it was best I left anyway the restaurant was a mess there was only one clean table in the building. All the tables were dirty from the last customers. I’m a visitor in this city, but I will not return to this little nasty whole in the wall.
