The bank was closed on the inside so you could only go to the drive-thru. The employees working there at the window were very courteous and helpful. My wait time in line was fairly short as well. Good people to work with.

I have banked at this bank for over a year and a half now and when this COVID-19 impacted my family, this bank was here to show their support to the fullest which I'm so grateful to have them in my corner when it is needed the most , Thank-you Wells Fargo and to all your employees and the late night third shift workers who are there to take my calls when I call the most when I am at work as well.

I am an account holder with Wells Fargo who requested my signature be notorized on the closing documents on a home I sold. The title company had everything filled out and ready to sign. I was told by the person who is a notory that the bank does not allow her to do that. Since when I asked? Was told it is not allowed in Georgia. I believe I was lied to. This small service is part of belonging to a financial instruction or so I thought.nI am considering withdrawing and taking my business elsewhere.nMark Hack
