Management needs to do a better job scheduling enough employees to handle customer service. I've been in drive thru for 15 min. and finally placed order. I would have left but was blocked in both ways. Gentleman said only 2 of them were working. Needs more help between 7-7:30pm!

Chicken is usually decent. I place special orders through the phone and more often than not, staff has an attitude about my order. I wouldn't suggest eating in the restaurant.

Chicken was rotten made my husband sick manager sed the chicken was fresh & did I want some chicken ud83cudf57 until this day I loved kfc but no more kfc for me!!!

Its pretty good most of the time . Sometimes they don't have enough chicken tho
