Dr. Jacob-Fox, the nurses, the pharmacist and the front staff have been great! I was skeptical about having to be back with Kaiser after all these years, but they were more affordable. Now I'm glad I chose them for our family.

The staff here there wonderful i.love them all there great and very nice and helpful thanks to you all for always being so kind even though you may not feel well. I think you're all great.

My son had an appointment at this location last week...I can't say enough about the nurses, doctors and pharmacy personnel, they are awesome, but the employee checking in at the desk to the left upon entry is in desperate need of customer service skills. She is not pleasant nor friendly. After she checked my son in...I stood there waiting for instructions.nFinally I asked her, after several minutes of standing there while she doodled on her computer, are you finished with me? She says, yes! My suggestion, when you are finished with an encounter you should thank the client and provide instructions. Not leave the client standing there, while you perpetrate like you're working. I was told that my husband and I couldn't go to my son's appointment, it had to be either or...we were fine with that. I took a seat in the lobby to wait for them. After about 7 minute's she yelled across the lobby and asked am I waiting for Pharmacy, when she was well aware that I was waiting for my son and husband...naturally I looked confused because I'm thinking she is either trying to be funny or she has a small case of dementia. I said, no, I'm waiting for my son and husband...she says you can't do that...you have to leave. My question to myself is why didn't she tell me that from the beginning? I bit my tongue to avoid a scene because I was beyond tired of her unprofessional behavior. I had to step outside and mind you it was a little warm, so I stepped back inside after a few minutes and I said to her, please have a nurse or someone go and get the key from my husband because I am not standing outside for the entire duration of my son's appointment. I, also, told her that I would have appreciated if she would have told me that I couldn't sit in the lobby at the very beginning and I could have retrieved the key from my husband before he went to the appointment with our son. I'm not sure, but I almost think her behavior was intentional because I'm quite sure I'm not the first client to come in with a spouse and child. My request is that she informs the clients of all the do's and don't at the beginning of the encounter in a courteous way. The only reason why I gave two stars is because of the rest of the staff, but I ultimately wanted to give zero stars because the encounter with her was beyond what I could bearud83dude12

I went kaiser pharmacy today about 2:15 and she said come back in a hour , well it is 3:43 and still waiting
