they have the right to show up late- and then blame you for not being there waiting for them. my mom was not picked up TWICE, even after i called them the first time and asked what was going on- and then the day after these two events, she apparently left the bus stop after waiting on them for 10-15 minutes, after which they must have shown up, and then she was sent a 'warning letter' for her misconduct. interesting how they didn't have anything to say about their leaving her standing in the cold the first two times. no 'warning letter' for them- but for you- yes
If you like to be late. Then go ahead and call dial a ride as well as getting canceled on randomly. They expect you to be waiting for them at a certain time and then can show up 40 minutes later making you wait in the freezing cold. Not worth 50$ a month.
