Mrs. Betty made sure my order would be delivered for a client's viewing/funeral when another company canceled my order less than an hour before it began. Mrs. Betty assured me that she would have it delivered even though the viewing was scheduled to begin in 30 minutes. Great customer service!!
They are really nice and did beautiful work on my arrangement.
I was out of state and ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday through another floral service that accepted my order for same day delivery the day before and then sent me a notice the morning I wanted the delivery saying they couldn't deliver until the following day. I cancelled the order and I called Blackshear Flowers. I didn't realize that it was Sunday and they were closed but they answered the phone and after talking to Lisa she said they don't deliver on Sunday but she would make an exception. I told her my price range and left the arrangement to her. She delivered a beautiful Floral arrangement. This kind of personal service is so hard to find nowadays. I can't thank her enough.
I was next store at the republican head quarters. But grandma at the gift shop had it going on watering them flowers. Hey Boo.
