We've worked with many competent travel agents, but Michael Sullivan moved the bar so high, we cannot imagine working with anyone else in the future. We enjoyed a stress free luxury get away, arranged and confirmed by Mike. His knowledge and skill helped our group of strong willed individuals with diverse interests all experience their ideal vacation. An avid traveler himself, he was a valuable resource offering suggestions that he thought might interest us. Had a great trip down the Danube with Viking and Mike set up the trip for 13 of us. It was a great trip and all traveling was smooth. Mike knows luxury cruising, he is well organized and communicates everything you need to know before you go. I will always use Mike for my travel planning!

Mike recently helped me plan my first ever Viking River cruise on the Danube. It was above my expectations!! This was my second time using Mike to plan a cruise, and I could not be more pleased! He goes above and beyond to see that you are treated like royalty!!

Mike booked our very 1st Viking River Cruise! We were not sure what to expect, as we usually do Celebrity Cruises! We booked on the Viking Vali and traveled The Netherlands! It was the Vali Maiden Voyage! Mike recommended a pre-Cruise hotel in Amsterdam to get the lay of the land and get adjusted to the time zone!nnOnce on ship, the crew and staff were fantastic! We enjoyed the free tours and the few tours that we paid for!nnWe even bought vouchers for future river cruises!nnThanks Mike, and we will be in touch!nnGreg and Betsy
