They Do great work and are fairly priced. Shane works very hard to get it done right the first time to last a long time.
Called, texted and emailed. Never got back to us.
By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Had to come out to business twice to fix the problem and charged a late fee for not paying by end of month, when problem wasn't even fixed yet. Came out 6/24 and completed job 7/8. Called to ask about late fee and the owner was rude and yelling the minute he answered the phone. Wanted to know why I was calling him as he didn't know who I was. If he does not want to talk to customers he should not be listed as contact person on billing. WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!
I had a good sized leak and contacted a home warranty. They called Coy’s. They came over promptly, found the concern. It was a main pipe and had to recontact home warranty.nThey pulled all the right strings to get it done quickly.nnRepairs were done well and they even cleaned up after job was completed. (It was in a basement).nnWould highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again.nnGood guys and good service is hard to find. But I found it here.
