Came in to bring my nephew, got bad energy from receptionist told to wait for 30 minutes ended up waiting an hour because “I chose to stay” , MA was super nice and helpful. Should improve in walk in interaction.

I have had repeated bad experiences here with the doctor. The nurses are fine, but the doctor has zero emotion, doesn’t care what you have to say, and really seems like he would rather be ANYWHERE else. My daughter was terrified of him because he doesn’t even try to be cheery and kind. He also doesn’t believe you when you explain your symptoms. Avoid this urgent care if you want quality care. ud83dude15

It's great having an urgent care in a town our size. I've been a few times and was treated by thorough practicioners who weren't trying to rush me out the door. Little/no wait time.

The nurse was great. The doctor on the other hand did not actually seem like he wanted to be there. He told me I was dizzy because my ears were too clean, and that the left shoulder pain was unrelated. I can buy the shoulder pain being unrelated, but the ears being too clean? I was also prescribed meds that I was then advised not to take together for issues that had be manifesting together for the last couple of nights. Never thought they’d have contraindications to each other. He also had the nurse give me a shot of tramadol for the pain. Honestly, I’m allergic to several pain killers, so I was worried when he couldn’t confirm whether the pain-killer shot I was given had the type I am allergic to (he didn’t specify that it was tramadol, I had to ask the nurse).

Consider the times posted as unreliable. Our daughter took her 10 month old here tonight as she showed increasing symptoms of ear infection. The doctor left 15 minutes before closing time. Based on a prior review, the times to see a doctor must vary with the doctor's lifestyle? We won't try that again. ud83dude41
