Had a wonderful wait person name Whitney. He was awesome. We ask for my husband vegetables to be cut up for his burger for easier eating. He made sure they took care of that. Good was delicious , hot great burger and fries and shake. Great job Whitney. Keep up the great work. Thanks R & D

Me and my family used to love steak and shake however in recent years the quality of the food declined in my opinion. We tried this location recently just to get something we haven't had in a while. I was pleasantly surprised that the food was actually pretty good. We went through to drive through and which was actually pretty busy but the line move fairly quickly. I don't know if management has changed or what, but whatever they're doing differently now they need to keep doing.

9/22/20 - I did an online order, the service and food was good as always.nn2019 - Just wanted to give a shout out to Victori R from our 11/28/19 visit. Service was great, Thanks!nFood was good also but with 8 people at our table, service needed to be mentioned.Great food and great service.nnOriginal review - We had a large group but they still seated us right away. The waitress took our drink orders right away and came back quickly with it all correct. All of our food came out correct and in a timely manner. The waitress was one of the best we have ever had there, I wish I could remember her name. Thanks for the good meal.

As a Doordasher, this place is great, the food is read for me to pick up early (sometimes 20 minutes early!) No wait is very good, I have consistently been able to pick my order up ahead of schedule and deliver it right away.nnAnd when I order them, the shakes are always perfect.nnHowever, I will never eat here personally, the portions are very small, and the food quality is only slightly better than McDonald's.

Wonderful place to eat!nClean, great staff including the young caring, manager there yesterday by chance (3/10/21), great service, great food, etc.nDon’t believe any negative reviews! Not this place. That, or else fluke experience by complainers.
