UPDATE: After talking with their support, many many months later I received a gift card valued more than the rolls I lost 2 months ago. I will be updating the stars to 3 as the last order I got with said gift card was fine.nnOrdered food for delivery, they forgot half my order and left it at the store. Called them and they offered me to come get it myself. Told them no, I'd just like a refund for that part of the order. The staff on hand told me they'd have to get the manager and they'd call me the next day. I have never received a call from them. I escalated this to their corporation on Social Media, and they promised a refund and a gift card. It has been over a month and I have not received anything. Avoid this place like the plague unless you go in person, and even then make sure you check your food.

The food & portions were delicious. I had more than enough blue cheese for my wings and celery. However, the employees need to learn to greet customers instead of looking at you like you’re crazy. A smile, followed by a “hello, how may I help you “would be very nice followed by a “thank you ,come again.”

Dood is good but service was slow and unfriendly. I was there a few minutes before anyone even spoke to me even though I could see five employees working.

I got the Spicy Korean Q and I'm in love. I will probably always come here for wings now
