I lived at this gated apartment complex for about 2 years and I have nothing bad to say about it. They keep the apartment complex clean and quiet, and the front desk workers are always nice and helpful. The gates that I used to enter/exit were almost never broken, and if they were they were fixed promptly. I lived on the first floor and saw the occasional cockroach or spider, but they were always dead. Whenever I had a service ticket the maintenance crew would fix it the next day! They offer convenient online payments, and moving out was no contact as well. If you are looking for a safe apartment complex this is the one!!

I have been in the apartment industry for 10 years and I am truly amazed by the team here at Bedford Parke. I have done business with Kirbi the manger for years and she has always been so nice and pleasant. James and Tyrone are just awesome all the way around nothing but respectful and kind when I come by to visit. Everyone knows you must have a great office staff as well and that's when the Brittany's shine the most. (Both Brittany S. and Brittany G.) This is one of the best teams I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Thank you guys for making my job easier.

We are a Vendor at Bedford Park and I want to sharenour positive experience. We enjoy working with thenmanagement and staff. Kirbi, Brittany S, Brittany G, Tyronenand James make our work actually enjoyable. Theynunderstand the relationship with their vendors. They communicatenwell, are flexible and use a lot of common sense. Theynhave the best interest of their residents on their mind when theynare working with us to provide the best service possible.

Bedford Parke has made my move in process a breeze. The management staff Kirbi , Brittany S., Brittany G. , James and Tyrone are all wonderful. They respond quickly to any questions I have and are extremely friendly and welcoming! I am confident that I can count on the management staff to help me with anything I need! My first service request put in by Brittany S. and was completed extremely fast. She was very helpful and even followed up to make sure it got done and that I was satisfied! I reported on Saturday and the issues were fixed on Monday!

Management is HORRIBLE!!!! They are extremely rude and continuously find ways to take your money. Pay attention to all of your charges because they will take your money for things you already have such as rental insurance and they won't pay you back. The girls in the office are extremely rude!
