This place sucks! 14 dollars for a sandwich and small fried pickles. Food was cold too.
I love the zesty chicken sandwich!!
My fries were cooked to long. The employees were behind the counter playing, laughing & being loud. The tables were not clean & there was food & trash on the floor. It was not busy so there was no reason for them not to be able to clean the dining area. The managers not one time said anything to anyone.
They CANNOT get an order right! I got a big zax snack and only got 2 strips, my daughter got a house salad (and asked for the chicken to be dipped in hot honey mustard) there was NO chicken on the salad but they added a little hot honey mustard, and she waited 40 minutes for that (with a newborn baby). After MULTIPLE wrong orders we will not be back!
This is my favorite Zaxbys location in Macon. Nothing qrong with the others except they dont have the same greatstaff. They always seem happy when I go. Makes me want to keep coming back.
