Overall is a very clean and organized store and has a good selection of different merchandise. The lady at the front counter is friendly and she greets everyone upon entering the store. Customer service in the photo lab and pharmacy could be improved.
The employees are nice and polite but the pharmacy is horrible when it comes to communication.
Called pharmacy to see if my doctor had called in prescription and was on hold for at least 20 minutes then cut off. Called back and held for additional 15 minutes. Finally spoke pharmacy and found out doctor had sent prescription to Walgreens on Gray Hwy instead of Walgreens in Gray. They said they would call the Gray Hwy. Walgreens and have it transferred to them and it would be ready in 45 minutes. I was happy until I arrived to pick up RX and learned they did not call to have it transferred. We had to call the Gray Hwy pharmacy ourself to get it transferred to Gray so it took another 45 minutes. This is the first time I've had trouble with them. Service has been fine in the past. Something went really wrong this time.
If I could rate this a minus star, I would. Extremely poor customer service. DO NOT HAVE A PACKAGE DELIVERED THERE.
