We did not buy anything, but the place was very clean, organized and the staff was super friendly.
I went to this store about a week or two ago and the associate named Brooke was very welcoming and helpful, she guided me to purchasing the best baby shower gift. She is very knowledgeable of the products in the store. You can’t find that kind of customer service much anymore. I gave 3 stars because of how crowded the store is! Also, there was another woman (I would assume was an associate) she wasn’t very friendly. She seemed to have an attitude and wasn’t very professional looking. I wish I could remember her name. I know it started with a C.nnHowever overall it was a decent experience.
I love Carter's and this location is nothing short of exceptional. The employees are super friendly, (even when you walk in at 25 minutes till closing --which out of common courtesy you should not do unless you're going to be at check out register by 7:55) and they have THE best deals. I shopped at consignments for months until I realized the amazing prices that Carter's has, and I was paying about the same price for used clothing!! Anyway, the atmosphere is welcoming, the merchandise is A+ quality.
Love this location! The manager and associate tonight were awesome! So eager to help! They’re names were Karrisa and Brook! Awesome sale! Clearance is so cheap!!!
Had been having a hard time finding premie clothes and they had a very good selection to choose from. Also they always have discounts which helps when your on a budget. Everything I bought was 50% off which helped tremendously!
