Got me some Tommy Hilfiger sneakers. That's the main reason I go there. The prices r decent n there's a good selection. The shoe racks r a mess tho. Do they even straighten them up each night?

I had to wait over 20 minutes to return something. They have a return desk, but cashier went on break so no one was doing returns. They did get additional cashiers to help ring purchases, and they did help the lady in front of me alert she waited about 30 minutes. Then the cashier call the next in line, then I said what about me, and was told he would get to me next. After over 20 minutes in line and all the people that were helped with purchases that did not have to stand in the return line. I said that's some s it and was about to walk out of the store another cashier said let me get you over here. Thank you.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would! So disorganized and they won't let u try anything on....SUX!! Today the lady who did my return was super sweet and friendly ... so was the greeter guy. Well he was greeting folks like he's supposed to I guess. Its my second time there. The first time EVERYBODY was so rude I had no intentions of ever going back. They clearly didn't care if they made any sales or not. Customer service was alot better this time though...

Where do I even start? The management here is beyond unprofessional and rude. While the prices can't be beat, I'm honestly surprised this location hasn't changed management. Actually, their prices are so good that consumers/customers probably overlook the atrocious customer service. I know I have and sadly will most likely continue to.nThis store probably meets their $ goals so corporate doesn't make any changes; that's too bad. Please get the associates and management additional training on appropriate conversations and professionalism at work. I do realize this is a discount store with minimum wage employees, but come on. Do better Ross. What a shame.
