I ordered items online and the email I received EXPLICITLY stated not to go to the store until I received notification the items arrived. So I waited...and waited...and waited. Eventually called the store to find out my items have been there for almost 2 weeks. So I show up to the store at 11:07am and there's a lady standing out front. Doors are locked. 2 associates hanging out inside. They saw us all and locked the doors late. So we go in and start to shop a bit and I walked up to the perfume stand to grab the perfume I already knew I was going to purchase. One employee ran over and started handing me tons of strips to test all the other scents. I told her I used to work for the company and know the majority of the scents and already have the one I want, she insisted I keep smelling everything else. So I checked out early. Idk if the company is forcing employees to borderline harass customers with scents, but, especially if someone is already buying a perfume..why are they being pushed to buy more? Overall fine experience aside from what's listed.

It takes me a while to browse in Rue21. I can't ever decide what I want. I always hit the clearance racks. Find good deals all the time. Love the socks n the hats.

Use to shop here all the time until I tried to return an item and was meet with some of the rudest customers service by a “manager” I have ever seen. The young store “manager” was very rude and even raised her voice during the return process. Very unprofessional and I will not return to this store because of her demeanor.

Cute clothes (plussize2boot) how come I never knew. The ladies that work here r so awesome compared to the Macon store.. I was pancaked, my wedding day countdown had begun... I needed several outfits for Vegas .. Think n of course that the ones I picked were no good .. Lol it was silly .. But these ladies must be fun to work with all the time.. They weren't only jus trying to close like my experience in Macon! Thank y'all for b n great !! My fav outfit so far is pictured below!
