Awesome customer service, the ladies are so friendly. The store owner makes sure to have bras for everyone! The only place I get my bras from.
My Mother went to this store today to shop for some accessories after having a double mastectomy. The lady there, Judy, was extremely rude. She didn't want to let my mother in at first even though there were no other customers in the store, then she was very short and rude when asked for basic help finding something to a first (and now last) time shopper. I would have expected a business like this to show care and compassion considering what their direct market has gone through. After doing research and finding out that Judy is actually an owner of this business I am even more appaled. My 12 year old son was with my mother on this shopping trip and he even asked why the lady was so rude to them.
Went to get a hair piece. Found what I needed right away. Lady very nice.
I went through breast cancer coming up on 5 years ago and Judy Mason was there for me every step of the way. She cared enough to give me all the information I would need and helped prepare me for what I was about to go through. She is so thoughtful, loving and kind, I love Judy with all my heart and am so grateful for her and all she did to help me.
Great establishment! I went in for a consolation on a bra and prosthetic. The owner Ms. Judy took her time and was very understanding. She made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. As she was the first person I had shown my scar to outside of my team of doctors. Very satisfied, and would highly recommend to anyone recovering from Breast Cancer
