I love this place they know me and they great me by name every time I come. I had one bad experience with my nails they didn’t charge me and had me come back to fix the issue( I had somewhere to be) they are always so friendly I love it here they’ve been my go to nail salon for a year now.

I decided at 5 to get my nails done, an hour before they closed. I arrived ten minutes late and rushed to get my nails done. I was worried my sns manicure would be sloppy since I came in so late, but I was very wrong. When I got there the nail tech was very patient and helped me pick out colors to match a picture I had. She did an amazing job and did not rush at all. She paid attention to detail and made sure my nails were right. A lot of salons in Warner Robins will rush during manicures in the process nicking and bumping your fingers multiple times with the file. It did not happen once while I was there. They stayed late, making sure that everyone was satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend this salon, you will not be disappointed with the friendly staff and quality service.

My sister and I spent $120 to get jelly pedis and one of the technicians completely skipped steps , used cold stones, and completely ignored my sister when she asked for overlays on her nails. Then you can tell they were talking badly simply because she desired the level of service a $60+ pedicure should come with. Never will we return here!!!!

The old owners were great, but the people who bought it out aren’t :/ I paid 60 dollars to get a pedicure and full set, I got no massage during my pedicure and I paid for the sugar scrub and they didn’t use that either. As for my nails, the day I got them done they started coming off, the way he laid the acrylic makes it extremely painful when they do come off. I’m missing 4 and it’s been a week. And the polish is extremely bumpy. And the staff were kinda rude, while I was getting my toes done the guy who did my nails came over and snatched my hand really hard and started filing my nails very roughly. Don’t go here, it’s not worth the time, money, or pain.

Friendly technicians, very clean salon. So much bigger than it looks. They do a wonderful job and have a nice selection of services and colors. Will return!
