Elegant South Boutique

If I could give less than one star, I would. I shop at online Facebook boutiques probably twice a week for the past year. This is the worst experience I’ve had with one. The owner has no idea how to run a business properly. I order Christmas shirts and paid $50 for them. I ordered them an entire week advanced to make sure I had them before we left to go out of town and they were going to be used as Christmas gifts. I wait about 2-3 days before wondering why my items hadn’t shipped as every Facebook boutique ships within 24 hours. I finally got a response that’s the shirts would be shipping out soon a week after buying them. What the owner did was create a shipping label and that’s it. She thought me getting an email notification would keep me happy for a while. Well, like I said I shop quite frequently on these and know how it works. For two days the shipping status never changed to accepted by USPS. I finally got sick of waiting and didn’t want the packages to go to our house while we weren’t there so I asked her to make sure they wouldn’t ship. She once again lied, and told me she was able to get them back from the post office. Everyone knows once you take something to the post office (especially when it’s been there for two days) you don’t get it back. Another lie. After all of this I asked her to please have it expedited bc I was needing these before leaving for out of town, instead she gave me my money back. Avoid this boutique at all cost, there are too many other great ones to give them any of your money.
