My husband and I tried to do the repair ourselves but soon realized it was way out of league. So grateful that Casteel sent such a knowledgeable technician to do the more complicated repair. It costs more than we really wanted to pay but we have a shower!
Excellent installation team! We had three new HVAC systems installed yesterday and they did a fantastic job. Meticulous craftsmanship on the installations, professional and very courteous installers. We Very very happy and can already feel the cleaner air!
Our new heat pump and air handler installation is now complete. Bryn and the Casteel team were professional, prompt and courteous. We chose the healthiest and most efficient heat pump system available that comes with a 10 year warranty for parts and a 12 year Casteel labor warranty. The attic install was tight with a few unexpected site-specific challenges, but the Casteel team followed up to resolve our concerns and we are confident we have a high performance installation that will provide peace of mind, comfort and healthy indoor air quality for many years.
Our technician, Matthew, was great! He was knowledgeable and professional. He found a leak during a tune-up and I appreciated his honesty and concern for our well being. He took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Casteel.
