My many, many thanks to Customer Service! The gentleman I just spoke with was very kind and apologetic (which wasn't even necessary given how crazy everything is getting again). I ordered my compression garment about 10 days ago and still hadn't even gotten a shipping notification, needed it for a surgery in 4 days! He changed my shipping to overnight and put a note in to try and get the garment out today! I'm very pleased and thankful. I also LOVED that the service agent I spoke to was personable, I felt like I was talking to a REAL person and not someone with a script in front of them. Thank you. :)
I place an order a month ago, had to call and a gentleman was very helpful to send overnight, once received the Garment is way to big, brought product to the Dr. Office, once he open he said nope way to big, maybe a month ago. Called spoke to a lady who wasn’t the best help, made it seem as if it’s my fault! Awful service! Now I will have to wait another month to get a Garment! Worst service ever!!!
Their reusable antibacterial face mask is really well made. It's both more comfortable than most cloth masks and far more protective. Most face masks hug my face too tight but not this one. Really well made and super durable. It came really quickly after I ordered too. Highly recommend!
Just received my face mask order. Super soft fabric. Very breathable. Love that I can wash and iron. Best part: this mask did not leave dents on my face after wearing all day!
Ordered the reusable face masks. Received quickly. However, they are very, very large. They have very large gap if you try to twist the elastic band around ear to make smaller. Do not recommend. Waste of money.
