Horrible customer service. And the uniforms look sloppy. Also they don't care if they get bad reviews.
Absolutely Horrible Customer service. I have called for 5 days in a row trying to reach out to someone to use the Cintas uniform service and I cant even get someone to call me back. Absolutely unbelievable that someone has to struggle so hard to give this company an opportunity for business.
This company had HORRIBLE customer service. I called and left a message and had to call back the next weekto very information. I asked for a call from the service manager twice and the only Jefferson that finally called back was the person that comes to my store. He was very rude.
The plant is amazing the people are great .nLove the uniforms
