It's new it will get better I believe but I worked in hospitality in the past for 8 years so I know all about custom service, q & a and greeting times and food times. All these things were off. The waffle was flat and the chicken was seasoned great but need about 3 more minutes in the fryer.nnIt will get better

The Host was extremely pleasant not only when he sat us, but also throughout our experience . You could tell that customer service is important to him and this establishment . I enjoyed my chicken and waffles. The waffle was the bag I’ve had in a long time. Definitely coming back.... Excited to try some more items on the menu !!

I love this spot. Our server Chelsea was so attentive and respectful. When the food was brought out i was shocked by how large the French toast was can feed 4 people. My hot chocolate was delicious. I am so glad the chicken is made fresh and the waffle. I am so full glad I didn't eat until then. Great music and decor. I had a lovely time.

This is the first time I've been a regular anywhere! I enjoy the chicken and waffles, but the atmosphere and friendliness of the crew are even more awesome. My girls and I were in for their soft open, then back several days during a conference, and now Johnny's is our regular first Friday spot.nnThe service can be slow sometimes, but the food is always fresh and hot-hot. I'm willing to invest a little more time for that. If you're in a hurry, though, maybe not the best choice. That will get better and more consistent over time, I'm sure. In any case, I'm already looking forward to next month's GNO!

Actually walked in this place on a humble looking for a kid friendly restaurant. Personally I wouldn't have brought the kids, but it wasn't inappropriate during the time we were there. The Customer service was phenomenal by both the servers & the owners. The food was great. I had Chicken and Waffles and it was great. Not overly season jumbo wings & grits. I I requested a Strawberry Pineapple mimosa(not on the menu it was great & the music is everything. I definitely recommend checking it out!!
