Nice little spot with super friendly service that makes you feel like you’re in someone’s kitchen. Definitely home cooking. The sides are really good here, I definitely enjoyed the Mac and cheese and greens. The chicken is good, seasoned pretty well, fried just right. Breading isn’t too heavy. I liked it. Pork chops were too salty, wasn’t a fan. Can’t wait till they reopen, it’s a great lunch spot that gives you bang for your buck.
The food is always solid and the portions are generous. The Peking chicken is truly the highlight for me.
We arrived at this place for lunch. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Keep it up.
My 1st visit was great... has a to go order for a salmon croquette biscuit and it was good... salmon a lil bland but I understand... biscuit was delicious... I'll be back... have y'all ever thought about having them people that prepare the food to put on gloves... it be a lot going on in that kitchen when I go to pick up my food... and what I seen today I won't be back... the cutting board that the man cut EVERYTHING ON... i seen him lay raw meat (sausage) on it I'm praying he wipes it before putting anything else on it... I just see a lot of unsanitary stuff going on
It's always awesome when we dine at Lunch on Main. The food is down home and delicious. The service is equally as good. Looking forward to our next experience.
