Elite Airport parking

Paulette - a driver at Elite was a pure joy at 8am. She picked me up from my car swiftly as I arrived. She asked if I had my keys,wallet, charger & mask for my trip. She also gave me my parking space number. She immediately took me to Delta to catch my flight and provided good conversation during the ride. I was pleasantly surprised. Good job hiring her Elite Parking.

My experience with Elite airport parking was great. I purchased through Groupon. On the day of our flight we made it to the parking lot with just a scan of the bar code and there was a shuttle waiting for us. Coming from the airport was great we just called and they picked us up. Great experience all around I would park with them again and recommend family and friends.

Customer service win!! Shuttle was immediate on way out of town and I only had to wait a few min when I got back. Left my phone in the car on way out of town and driver took me back to my car and got me back to airport safely but fast. Wish I could remember his name! Then I left my overhead light while I was away on so my battery died. When the portable battery charger the office lent me didn’t work fast enough (thanks for trying!) Curtis the shuttle driver got his personal cables and jumped my car for me. In the pouring rain! I will never park anywhere else when I fly out of ATL.

My experience with Elite was great, professionalism was at an all time high in customer service from the gate greeter, to the drivers upon arrival and departure. ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f Did I mention the rates were affordable. Elite I’m a new family member you have my support.

Long story short, I missed my flight but wanted to keep my reservation for my next flight the very next morning. I had to pay 6.00 dollars to leave the premises but was told I would get it back the day I came back from my trip. I was told 4 different things by 3 different people. Am I tripping over 6.00?? Yes I am because I had already paid for my reservation up front. So I didn’t see the issue with me leaving when I had already communicated with them that I was coming back. Spoke with the manager, she told me everything should be fine and I would receive a refund. But apparently, this information wasn’t communicated with the other fellow employees. The last lady I talked to argued me and up down saying that “if the receipt printed doesn’t say we owe you money, then there is nothing I can do!” ud83dude43ud83dude43ud83dude43 Instead of her going above and beyond and making sure the miscommunication was dealt with properly, she decided to argue me down and yet I didn’t receive no damn refund. I just feel like at that point you should have reached out to someone higher than you to fix the issue instead of arguing with me. I’ve worked in various positions dealing with peoples money and I myself understand that sometimes you can’t always rely on a SYSTEM to give you correct info! So no I wouldn’t recommend this place unless your okay with being over charged, and being lied too. And so since my issue couldn’t seem to get resolved here is my lovely review!
