We used VenueQuest to help plan our annual corporate meeting in 2019 and couldn't be happier or more impressed. Dan definitely got us a better rate with more concessions than we were able to get on our own. In addition, he was incredibly helpful throughout the process, from a complicated RFP to signed contract, without being pushy. Highly recommend him and his team. In fact, we're currently working with them on our 2020 event!!
I have worked with Dan Gennari of Venue Quest several times for our company meetings. Dan has always found the perfect hotels for our meetings. He knows what types of hotels and locations we prefer and makes several recommendations. He has even toured hotels he was not familiar with so he could give me good information. Dan saves me multiple hours of research which I am so thankful for. Dan also negotiates the best deals for us. We are very happy and will continue using Dan in the future for all of our meetings.

Really great experience. Our group needed a new location for a two day meeting that was centrally located. Dan helped us quickly find possible meeting locations and hotel accommodations. What can take hours, if not days, was done by someone with more knowledge and experience. This is an easy way to solve meeting and hotel needs in a professional manner.
I have been working with Daniel G at VenueQuest to try and find a meeting space and guest rooms for an event we have coming up in September. He has been extremely helpful and super efficient. We have changed our locations a few times and he continues to follow up and send me the information requested without missing a beat. He also emails frequently to let me know when a hotel has changed their quoted rates and makes suggestions to help me make decisions. He is very patient and professional and has put up with us changing locations on him last minute. I love the spreadsheets he puts together with all the details on every hotel! They are easy to read and save me so much time in trying to compare all of these myself. I will definitely continue to use VenueQuest and hopefully be able to work with Dan every time!
