My husband and I as well as our adult daughters have been using this location for several years. We have had wonderful service from Joe Bush who works hard to give an honest and accurate account of what needs to be done. We have had everything from regular oil changes to more serious repairs done. We cannot say enough good things about Joe and his team.
My car slid into a median and talk to hole in my oil pan they towed it to their shop in Johns Creek where it was worked on for over a week and I spent over $800 on it they were the last ones to touch and change my oil filter and pan they had one of their technicians driving test it to see if it was okay and safe for me to drive they said yes it is safe to drive to come pick up your vehicle so two days later I'm driving and my engine blew they are taking zero responsibility for it not offering to help in any way and one of the technicians who says he's the manager at the moment hung up the phone on me like a child would not recommend AAA to anyone let alone never take your car to the shop unbelievable that this is how AAA treats their members and a veteran
I went here because my lug nut would come off the stud . The replaced both and then put my new tire on. They also preformed a diagnostic on my car . I will go here again.
This group is pure spectacular, a great team of pros here that goes the extra mile. We have been been bringing our vehicles here since we moved to GA in 2016 and could not be more pleased. Recently, I brought in a couple of used cars that I was thinking about purchasing and their entire team was on it...they inspected the vehicles, found some major issues that I wouldn't have identified on my own. It goes without saying that I highly recommend and will continue doing business with them for years go come.
Recently took my BMW for an oil change and due to a cheap filter being installed causing oil to spill from the top onto sensor parts which had to be removed by BMW. AAA, took no responsibility for the faulty filter installed other than to refund my money...they cost me more money than the fee they reimbursed. I am not satisfied with the way it was handled.
