This is the friendliest grocery I've ever been to. Excellent customer service all around. I would give it a perfect 5 score but sometimes they lack in the produce selection.
Bakery was nice, friendly and fast. Stopped in for lunch today. The Italian sub was delicious!! Could only eat half though...finished the rest later.
The manager Brian, is so personable and polite. He cares about customers satisfaction.
Nice clean store with some good selection, but pricey. They have grillos hot pickles (my favorite), which i have not seen kroger carry for about a year. But they are $2 more. And the wine is MUCH more expensive than Kroger. My normal hess cab is $24 at Kroger, $35 at Publix!
I've been coming to this Publix for years and it usually has amazing customer service making for an enjoyable shopping experience.nWhich is why it saddens me to give this location anything less than 5 stars. I visited this location last night to pick up a few items and the cashier, Jade, did not make it a pleasant shopping experice at all. In fact, the young man shadowing her exhibited more professionalism and customer service skills than she did.nIt was pretty late so I don't know if she was tired, having a bad day, or just didn't want to work, but I think it's really important for this young lady to understand that her poor performance has a bearing on the entire team and store. We didn't feel like making such a late night run either just as she may not have wanted to work. But in the event that we have to make another late night stop, we'll opt for the Publix down the street.
