Dr Patel is excellent (both informative and patient) and his staff are all friendly and helpful. I didn't wait long at all, and I have not had any trouble reaching their office on the phone.
Dr. Patel seems to be a great Doc. The staff is very courteous when you're in the office. Why not 5 stars? It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to answer the phone at this place and they don't seem to like to return calls when you leave a voicemail.
2nd time I had to wait for an hour before seen by a doctor. Today, i walked out after 53 minutes of waiting in waiting area. Sorry but my time is valuable as well. Never going back.
