Nice customer service. The Rx was ready when they called. No long lines quite convenient.

I have used the Target pharmacy on Queensgate from 2016 through 2030. It used to be better but now they are bad. I call and the system says my Rx is ready but when I arrive it will be 45 minutes or tomorrow before it is ready. “I’m the only one who is here” they say but there are multiple people working. Most recently I had my doctor call in a Rx 3 weeks ago and it still isn’t ready! My normal monthly Rx cannot be picked up for another week but they refilled it a month ago today.nI am going to switch to Yokes since they have better ratings.

They lost my son's prescription. Took them two months to get insurance approval for it because they never faxed my doctor about it, even though they said they did. Our doctor never got it. They finally got the approval then lost the prescription! I have to call the doctor to get a new one. I've never experienced this kind of ineptitude at a pharmacy before.

I'd give zero stars if possible. Three separate times now have gone to pick up prescriptions when received text that they were done. When arrived told not ready and will be done in 45 minutes. Called again each time to make sure they were filled and said they will be done in an hour. Absolutely horrible service. Hire more people and get this pharmacy in order. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Terribly run business. Don’t even try and schedule a vaccine through the CVS website, target in Richland doesn’t honor those. When I showed for my prescheduled appt they told me they don’t honor website appts. It would be a 2 hour wait. Told me to call the next day for a time, did that, 1 hour before and said to come in 11 and there would be no wait. Got there at 11 sharp, then told it would be a 1 hour wait. Customer service is their lowest priority. Too bad all the mom and pop Pharms have been put out of business by these in uncaring chains.
