Fred Meyer Pharmacy

Some how one all of my meds got taken off auto renew months ago. Have asked several times for it to restart. They got all but the most important one back on auto. Have asked everytime I go to pick it up to have it put back on. But in 3 to 4 months it hasn't been done. So EVERY time I have to wait 45min for it to get ready. Now because it was not put back on auto they did not bother to send the Dr. a note to renew it, so I am out for insulin two days. Have also asked for over a year to get notifications texted to me and they can not seem to manage that either...

Some of the staff are very rude. Sometimes they laugh in your face when you ask about wait times and i have been told that I'm irresponsible because I accidentally forgot a refill, which I felt was massively inappropriate. Wait times are always really long and often hours more than they estimate. Some of the staff are really nice though and I just have to hope that I get them instead of the rude ones.

The pick-up times are too long usually. Tonight there were 10 people in line, only one person working but 3 other workers in the pharmacy. We have tried several other pharmacies in Richland, same poor service.

Pretty good pharmacy,they seem to have a high turnover rate as far as employees,I won't support a place that is mean or rude to its employees,tell them one thing.then do another.I'm now taking all my medical over to Oregon's pharmacy,there more laid back,&Friendly

Wasted half my day doing their job. Gave them an exact RX coupon I would be using. Told it would take 1 hr... 5 hrs later, and they filled a totally diff amount/dosage, and billed it through my insurance. They opted to not mention anything about this on the phone or even at the cashier. Techs just stumble around clueless. Even as a non-pharmacist, I genuinely think I could have done a better job.
