My sister-in-law and her husband sent flowers for my mothers funeral.nThey live out of state and were told the flowers would be delivered on Friday. The flowers were delivered 3 days late to the funeral home. Somehow the flowers were delivered to someone who didn't even attend the funeral. Then we talked to the florist at 2:30 pm today, and was toldnthat the flowers were delivered at 9am this morning to the correct address. Flowers have never been delivered to the right address.nIt's bad enough when you loose a mother. We were told by Joann's florist today that they would get back to us. Haven't heard a word.nI just hope my family gets a refund,nbecause this situation is disgusting.

I appreciate getting a corsage at the last minute, but if I spend 60 dollars on one, I would like it to have had more flowers and they be fresh. This is the 3rd time I bought one from them and never been disappointed until now.

I ordered two different arrangements for Valentine's day both going to the same residence that is a quarter of a mile from their shop it cost over $25 for delivery fee then I emailed them asking if the flowers were delivered or not I didn't get a email about anything except the receipt they finally got delivered that late afternoon seems to me all they care about is trying to get rich off people with ridiculous prices and poor quality and poor communication I will not be using them again

On Friday I called Joanna florist from new jersey for flowers for my sister in laws birthday. I wanted upgraded flowers, not the standard flowers. The florist sent the most beautiful flowers and their quality was excellent. I know I will be using them again in the future. The staff was very pleasant and cooperative. I truly appreciate all their help.

Flowers that I ordered for Mother's day arrived brown and broken and looked nothing like the picture I ordered from. Called and they said they would redeliver the next day and would be sure they looked like the picture I ordered from, would be fresh and would have the bow on the vase like the picture. They arrived wrong once again. At that point I called and asked for a refund which they said they would give me because the flowers were wrong, it is now 5/28 and I still have not received the refund. When I call they just refer me to someone else and are now saying the online company I ordered through would have to issue the refund. Not once have they called me to tell me this!! I will NEVER use them again!! This is the second time I have has dead, broken and wilted flowers delivered by them!
