Customer service skills are terrible! These reviews must be fake because the customer service from this store is horrible. Buying my first chain I was interested in a herring bone necklace. When choosing my chain the rep that sold me the jewelry informed me that the herring bone necklace could easily break, but told me not to worry, because I bought the chain from them, any repair would be free. Great! I return to get my chain fixed two months later and they tell me that it is $30 each piece for labor. Why would I spend another $90 with them? I wouldn’t have been upset with the fixing costs if the woman who sold me the jewelry in the first place hadn’t told me that it was free. I wouldn’t even have gotten the chain in the first place because I had learned it could easily break. Never shopping with them again.

We went to get our diamond ring repaired here. They were kind and helpful, however, they lost our ring. After about 45 minutes to an hour they were able to tell us that they thought the ring was at their other store. We were told that we could come back at 1:00 the next day to get the ring (as well as some other options). After coming back at 2:00 the next day, they were able to come up with our ring at 3:00. We would have been fine with this had they offered a discount or some other compensation for the confusion and difficulty, however, we had to ask for a discount after all this was over. All in all we got a fair price for the repair work. However, it wasn't because they tried to make it right without our asking.
